A fun Weekend in Green Bay - but a sad ride home

For the NFC Championship, James, Jacie, Dustin, Jeannie, Justin and I all came to Title Town for the championship weekend festivities. It was VERY VERY cold. Justin flew in on Friday night. Paige and Johnnie were the smart ones, they stayed home where it was warm. The rest of us took off to Green Bay Saturday afternoon. Dustin was coaching the Mukwonago High School wrestling team in Appleton, so he met up with us in Green Bay. We went to the Hall of Fame on Saturday night, hung out in the atrium, ate at the Boston Crab Shack and stayed at the new Holiday Inn. For the game, some went and others watched on TV. We all had a great time.......except for the sad, quite, long ride home, Oh well, maybe next year.

Justin, James and I took Monday off. Justin was to fly home, but one of our "almost daily" snowstorms closed the airport and I had to drop him off Tuesday morning at Mitchell Field. He had some delays but got home and back to work in Sacramento before noon on Tuesday.

Our "Justin" - Now a Managing Attorney !

Roni Deutch and the Nation's Largest Tax Resolution Law Firm Announce New Managing Attorneys Matthew Ritchie And Justin Hein

Tax Lady Roni Deutch has named Matthew Ritchie and Justin Hein as the new Managing Attorneys of her law firm, Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation. The move recognizes Matthew and Justin's outstanding leadership in 2007 that resulted in unprecedented levels of success and client service.

North Highlands, CA (PRWEB) February 9, 2008 -- Roni Deutch (see Roni's Avvo.com profile (http://www.avvo.com/attorneys/95660-ca-roni-deutch-244870.html)) is taking further steps to improve the service her law firm provides to customers by promoting two new Managing Attorneys.

As of February 1, 2008, Matthew Ritchie and Justin Hein were officially promoted to Managing Attorneys of Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation. This move comes less than one year after the two gentlemen were promoted to Assistant Managing Attorneys. Former Managing Attorney Shawn Ervin will now have the title of Senior Managing Attorney and will henceforth act as an advisor to Mr. Ritchie and Mr. Hein. Together, Matt and Justin will actively run the law firm's daily operations.

"It is an honor," notes Hein. "I believe in Roni's vision of helping the American taxpayers. Over the past year, Matt and I have dedicated ourselves to improving the performance of her firm, and I believe we did. However, we are just getting started. With our new positions, we can direct our time, ideas, and efforts to other aspects of the law firm."

"Justin and Matthew are two of the smartest and hardworking men I have ever met," claims Tax Lady Roni Deutch. "I know that my law firm is in the right hands with the two of them running the show. Over the past year, they have accomplished so much for my law firm that now is the right time to recognize them with this promotion."

Matthew Ritchie's focus was improving the performance of the firm's client intake department. As such, he oversaw the training of new employees and continued training of existing tax directors. He also ensures that potential clients receive excellent client service and an accurate analysis of their financial situation. Consequently, the client intake department had an excellent 2007, with over 6,000 new client enrollments and recently broke the record for the most new client enrollments in January (http://www.prweb.com/releases/2008/2/prweb672864.htm).

Justin Hein's (see Justin's Avvo.com profile (http://www.avvo.com/attorneys/95660-ca-justin-hein-1216313.html)) focused on improving the firm's legal department. In the past year, the law firm underwent major changes including a merge of the legal and client service departments. The drastic changes helped improve the access clients have with the attorneys and legal assistants working. The smart telephone system (http://www.prweb.com/releases/2007/09/prweb552686.htm) actually sends incoming calls from a client directly to those individuals working on the client's case. This innovation and training resulted in shorter turnarounds for completing work, quicker wait times on incoming calls, and a record number of successful resolutions.

"I am amazed," notes Ms. Deutch. "We are enrolling more clients, answering more client calls, and successfully resolving more cases than ever before. And all with a smaller staff than we had years ago. It is truly a remarkable accomplishment. It makes coming to work much more enjoyable for everyone, including me. And, if you think about it, the people who truly benefit the most from Matt and Justin's leadership are our clients. That is really all that matters."
